GRF requests prospective service providers to submit quotations for Vehicle Rental, Catering Services, Venue, and Room Accommodation in certain areas in Luzon, Metro Manila, Visayas, and Mindanao. Refer to Annex A for areas covered and Annex B for General Instructions.
