The Philippine-American Fund

A significant milestone in the journey of the Foundation in 2013, is the award of a 5-year contract from United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to manage the Philippine-American (Phil-Am Fund) in partnership with SyCip Gorres Velayo (SGV) & Co. The grant-making facility will enable local organizations to carry out development work with new, innovative and creative solutions, to address key challenges to economic growth, good governance, trafficking in persons, adult literacy and biodiversity conservation.

The U.S. Embassy Manila’s United States Agency for International Development (USAID) announces that due to the potential threat of “Typhoon Ruby” to the safety of the participants, the Philippine-American Fund Solicitation Conference scheduled on Monday, December 8, 2014, is postponed to a later date.
